Our History

WMS was formed on September 19th 2007 and led by Michael Sussex, Managing Director. Since its inception WMS has grown from strength to strength and through experience and careful selection we have built a strong team of people to deliver a quality service.

Our ethos has always been to provide a quality service and build long term relationships with our clients which means even with a considerable financial down turn, especially within the social sector, WMS has bucked the trend and year on year through those tough times has grown.

WMS moved from the original head office in Torrington to our new and spacious office in Bideford. We have also moved from our original premises in Redruth and opened an office in Chudleigh near Exeter to serve the South Devon area.

In 2015 WMS acquired Williams and Martin Ltd which is a specialist painting and decorating contractor and we have managed to grow this business to be a leader within this sector of work within Cornwall.
