We are excited to announce, we are appointing a Painting and Repairs, Project Manager to be based in our Redruth Office to cover the Cornwall.

The role:
- Assist the Cornwall Painting Manager in day-to-day management of works
- To oversee and manage the Painting & repairs Projects across Cornwall
- To oversee the painting labour team and allocate resources to each contract
- To assist in Recruitment when required
- Surveying of works and providing quotations to clients
- To assist, organise and host regular team talks
- To secure closure and sign off projects when completed
- To assist in invoicing clients in an accurate and timely manner
- Signing off weekly timesheets
- Supplying of purchase orders for materials
- Responsible for Health and Safety on site including completing Rams and making sure sites are compliant (with the support of a Health & Safety Manager)
- Liaising with residents and clients to organise works
- Conduct site inspections and compile written reports
Skills required:
- Supervisory or Management experience essential
- Desirable to have a trade related background. However, a strong manager will be considered with little trade knowledge
- Knowledge of H&S desirable
- Must have a good knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Full driving license required
