WMS were extremely proud to be awarded the contract to carry out the external decoration and repairs to the former Grade2 listed workhouse - now home to 75 apartments.
The clients, Belmont Property Management, were anxious to use a Dulux Contract Partner who also had operatives certified in using the Repair Care System.
The project was to include decoration to all previously painted surfaces, including 535 sash windows, as well as garages, storage areas, street furniture and all parking lines.
Over 400 windows had repairs carried out using the Repair Care System which were all photographed before and after for the client. These were also inspected and guaranteed by a Repair Care representative.
All painting works were inspected and signed by a Dulux Specifier.
Access to high level areas was by scaffold or MEWPS driven by our IPAF trained operatives.
The project was completed within 16 weeks as per the allowed programme.
All works were completed by our City and Guilds qualified decorators along with 3rd Year Apprentices
